Ingredients:
- Can of artichokes
- Heaping spoonful of mayonaise
- Heaping handful of parmesan cheese
- Heaping spoonful of goat cheese
Directions:
- Cook can of artichokes over low/medium heat in a pan with garlic and olive oil
- Put into large bowl and mix in mayonaise until creamy
- Add in parmesan cheese and goat cheese to finish it

Homemade Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of horseradish mustard
- 10 fresh chopped basil leaves or inch and a half of basil in a tube
- 2 large crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- large pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 2/3 cup balsamic
- fill remander with olive oil
Directions:
- Put in horseradish mustard, basil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Then add the red wine, balsamic and olive oil
- Shake well
