Dips/Dressings

Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • Can of artichokes
  • Heaping spoonful of mayonaise 
  • Heaping handful of parmesan cheese
  • Heaping spoonful of goat cheese
Directions:
  • Cook can of artichokes over low/medium heat in a pan with garlic and olive oil
  • Put into large bowl and mix in mayonaise until creamy
  • Add in parmesan cheese and goat cheese to finish it

Homemade Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons of horseradish mustard
  • 10 fresh chopped basil leaves or inch and a half of basil in a tube
  • 2 large crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano 
  • large pinch of salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup red wine
  • 2/3 cup balsamic 
  • fill remander with olive oil 
Directions:
  • Put in horseradish mustard, basil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper
  • Then add the red wine, balsamic and olive oil
  • Shake well
